Production Manager
Rob is responsible for all production from approved design drawings – and managing transport. He will liaise with you to deliver to your site requirements.

Tom Humphreys
Technical Sales Manager
Tom is our chief designer and often oversees the more complicated projects. His knowledge comes from years spent designing and advising as a trained civil engineer. Some say he can design anything; we only know…he can!

Phillip Sankey
Managing Director and Designer
Phillip formed the company and set up the design and manufacturing facility at Roden, near the M54. As well as running the business, he makes site visits and produces designs.

Noel Antonio
Design Technician
A trained civil engineer, Noel has had five years of designing floors and roofing with ETS and prior to that had been a project estimator overseas.

Brendon Hayward
Design Technician
Brendon, an architect with over 20 years’ experience in both timber frame and traditional masonry buildings, now puts his formidable design expertise (including overseeing the building of a hotel in the Seychelles) to work with ETS.

Chris Williams
Design Technician
Chris was in our manufacturing section for almost two years before transferring to our design department and undergoing training with the Trussed Rafter Association and our software supplier, WolfSystems. He works on projects for both large housebuilders and small developers.

Paul Roberts
Design Technician
Paul joined us from another truss manufacturer, bringing with him over 10 years’ experience in the industry. He is happy to take on design of small and large projects.
